The founders of Print And Paint Scenery have been long term users and supporters of the Terrain Tinker software for building custom models and layouts for their table-top games. We were one of the first beta testers in the Kickstarter when it was first released. Since then, it's been improved and enhanced with new model sets and greater efficiency so that now it's a powerful tool in our table-top crafting arsenal. We absolutely love using it to build stuff.
Here's one of the recent buildings I built in Terrain Tinker:

This one has not as yet been brought into physical reality (i.e. 3D printed) yet, as I'm still working on some of the internal detail, but it will be one of these days. And we'll make it available to our customers for use in their table-top games.
The point of this blog post is not to try and sell you Terrain Tinker - we are not affiliated or make any commissions from doing so - but to get you thinking about how useful this tool could be in your gaming.
If you're a Dungeon Master and want to create an amazing 3D dungeon tile layout, this is your platform. The basic makeup of all Terrain Tinker pieces are OpenLock tiles from Printable Scenery. These tiles are laid out to either build structures, like the Manor House above, or to lay out dungeon maps that can be 3D printed and then clipped together for your table.
Here's an example of a typical dungeon room:

Looking for some Sci-Fi scatter terrain or full space ship layouts?
Terrain Tinker offers these also with their Spaceport collection:

With a simple and intuitive drag and drop interface, it's easy to create all sorts of scenic terrain for your table-top games and layouts. All based on a 28mm scale, these models will fit nicely with any miniatures you play with.
Our Special Offer For Terrain Tinker Users
If you love creating models in the Terrain Tinker software, but don't own a 3D printer, this is where we can help. We have licenses with Terrain Tinker and Printable Scenery to print and sell their digital files produced either by Terrain Tinker or directly from their website.
When you sign up to Terrain Tinker, and want to have them printer by us, simply send us your username email you registered with in Terrain Tinker and we'll grant you some store credits (basically online money) for use in purchasing the tiles you need for your model. We'll give you up to $75AUD in store credits - the equivalent cost to purchase the Terrain Tinker software, which you can then use to purchase the physical OpenLock Tiles you need for your project. This should get you enough for an entire medieval Tavern or dungeon tile layout.
So, why not give it a try. And take advantage of our "free model" offer while it lasts. Basically we're giving you free tiles just for using the Terrain Tinker software. We get nothing back except hopefully a happy customer who is happy to return and use our service again in the future.
