Vallejo Drying Retarder – 18 ml

Retarder Medium to delay drying time of Model Colour, mix a few drops with the colour, or dip brush into retarder on the palette. Colours will not change their consistency. Useful for wet on wet techniques and reducing skin formation on the palette.
