Description

A well to do family had once taken residence in the townhouse away from the country villa. Now a less well to do family huddles away from biting rain and ravenous monsters that stalk the ruins of Shadowfey.

The Squatter Townhouse is a modular stacking ruined building designed for use in tabletop or role-playing games in a historical or fantasy setting. With multiple levels it can be used as 4 different unique buildings. It is an ideal skirmish building, as it has easy access through the broken walls for mini placement and areas for combat and cover.
